Navigating Youth Basketball in Watertown

Welcome to basketball in Watertown! We're fortunate to have a strong network of parents and organizations ensuring that your child will have access to fun and/or competitive basketball opportunities regardless of grade. Here is how it works!
Grades K-1: Watertown Recreation Little Shooters. Keep an eye out for registration on the Watertown rec page in the fall.
Grades 2-3: Watertown Boys and Girls Club Co-ed Biddy Basketball. Join the Boys and Girls Club mailing list to ensure you are up to speed on the program. It runs from ~November through ~March. Click the link for more details:

Grades 4-8: You are in the right place! Watertown Youth Basketball offers in-house leagues and more competitive travel programs for students in grades 4-8. Register your children here to ensure you get access to all future updates.
The Watertown Middle School also offers a competitive team for middle schoolers. Tryouts are in the late fall, with all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders eligible to participate. Most of the WMS team players also play on WYBA in-house and travel teams.
Grades 9-12: Watertown High School offers competitive programs to support your children through high school.
Other opportunities: The Watertown area is rich in clinics and AAU programs to support your children's growth. Please contact Watertown Youth Basketball if you have questions about these other programs.
